I'm Eleanor Brittany, and welcome to the May 17 2024 edition of The TrekConvention Podcast's Five Trek Headlines to Watch. The podcast from TrekConvention where I highlight five Trek Headlines you may have missed.

Number One:
Heroes and Icons asks “HOW WELL DO YOU REMEMBER THE STAR TREK THE NEXT GENERATION EPISODE 'THE MEASURE OF A MAN?” And while it’s a standout episode, you’ll likely be surprised by how many details you’ve forgotten. I know I was.

Number Two:
I know you love Mr Spock, but how well do you know Leonard Nimoy? Heroes and Icons again comes to the rescue with “14 PHOTOS OF LEONARD NIMOY AT WORK AND HOME THAT WILL MAKE A VULCAN SMILE.” And while I’m not a Vulcan, I have to admit, I smiled. 

Number Three:
‘DID YOU NOTICE THE SAME FOOTAGE OF SCOTTY IS REUSED IN THESE BACK-TO-BACK STAR TREK EPISODES?” - that’s the question Heroes and Icons asks, and I promise that’s the last Heroes and Icons reference in this episode. But it is a great article. 

Number Four: 
ScreenRant’s feature “When Star Trek Discovery Ends, I'll Miss Tig Notaro's, Jett Reno The Most.” is both true, and a little heartbreaking. 

And finally, Number Five:
