5 TrekHeadlines 2 Watch: Pre-Las Vegas Edition

I'm Eleanor Brittany, and welcome to the special July 26 2024 pre-Las Vegas convention edition of The TrekConvention Podcast's Five Trek Headlines to Watch. 

The TrekConvention podcast where I highlight five Trek Headlines you may have missed. 

Let's get right to it!

Number One:
If you're attending the Creation Trek celebration in Las Vegas next week, the current guest count is a whopping 183. But unfortunately for devout fans of Gul Dukat, it seems Marc Alaimo will not be in attendance this year. But there's always next year.

Number Two:
The convention schedule is posted which means it's time to start planning which must-see panels you're going to attend and how much time you have to get from one to the other, and most importantly, if there’s time for lunch.

Number Three:
After you're finished sitting in on your favorite Voyager panel you may want to plan to attend one of the many of the 2024 events. Lucky for you the full list is now up and available. But be sure to hydrate. 

Number Four: 
As many of you know our EP is the biggest Photo ops fan there is. So if you're like  Bill you may want to take a look at the ticket availability for the autograph and photo ops. There is still time, but just barely. 

And finally, Number Five:
Speaking of our executive producer,  it turns out this year is a bit of an anniversary. In fact it's the 12th year he's been trekking out to Las Vegas for the big Star Trek celebration. He first attended in 2011 and was there when Leonard Nimoy announced he was retiring from the convention circuit. A very bitter sweet event.
